By downloading, installing, or using Bridge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bridge. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

Bridge is a relationship communication application that uses artificial intelligence to help individuals and couples understand emotional dynamics in their relationships. The App provides AI-generated insights, journaling tools, and partner communication features.

Bridge is designed as a supportive tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, couples therapy, or medical advice.

3. Not a Medical or Therapeutic Service

IMPORTANT: Bridge is not a licensed mental health service. The insights generated by Bridge are for informational and reflective purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, domestic violence, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Bridge. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bridge to:

• Upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App to stalk, harass, or harm another person
• Submit false or misleading information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Subscription and Payment

Bridge Basic is available free of charge with standard features.

Bridge+ is available as a monthly subscription ($11.99/month) or an annual subscription ($99.99/year), billed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Bridge — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Bridge and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Bridge. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bridge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

AI-generated insights are provided for reflective purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or as required by law. In cases of violation, we may terminate your account without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
