Inside the app

The fastest way to reach us is directly from Bridge. Open the app, go to Account → Contact us, pick a category, and write. Your message goes straight to our support system with your app version and device attached — so we can help without asking follow-up questions.

By email

If you can't open the app or prefer email, write to us directly. We reply from the same inbox that handles in-app support.

We reply within 48 hours, usually much sooner.

What we can help with

Bugs, account questions, billing and subscription issues, feature requests, feedback about the AI-generated insights, and anything else that comes up while using Bridge.

What to include

When you write, it helps to know: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and (if it's a bug) roughly when it happened. Screenshots welcome but not required.

For data access, deletion, or privacy inquiries — anything covered by our Privacy Policy — email privacy@hellobridge.app. We respond within 30 days.
